Thank you to everyone for making the debut of Tate and Isabelle in Texas Heat a great success!  I appreciate all you hard-core Seth fans giving Tate a chance.  (I know, I know, for some of you, Seth is still your one true love.  Lol.)  But that’s okay, the love readers have for him just means my instincts were right when crafting this man.  Tate is a little more flashy with his escapades, just like Tyler, but no matter how different all of them are, they still adhere to those core Blake values Teri-Lyn and John Jacob instilled in them while growing up.

I am still working hard on Love Notes and Football.  The thing about a fourth book for the same couple is that I have to try to keep their relationship innovative.  At this point my readers know who Morgan and Seth are, they have new adventures but their books also serve as a springboard for other characters who will have their own book in the series.  Morgan will be pregnant, but there are still many chances for growth and a strengthened love between these two.  Jake is growing! The canvas is getting bigger but my Morgan and Seth always accept the challenges I present to them.

I’ve been getting acquainted with J.J. while writing Love Notes and Football and I can’t wait to unleash him on readers.  The ex-pro football player, now president of Blake Enterprises will be my most challenging Blake yet!

I know…. when are these !@#$% books going to be released?  Oh to be twenty again and able to multi-task and live on three hours of sleep.  I would love to push them out faster, but I would be jeopardizing the quality of the series I enjoy writing for you.  In the meantime, I will continue the updates, excerpts and character profiles!

RT Booklovers Convention

The convention will be held this month in New Orleans!  I’ve visited New Orleans before and it is a city rich with culture and tons of things to do.  I will be spending most of my time attending seminars and broadening my knowledge of the publishing industry.

I will be attending the Pub Crawl event, Etopia Press will be hosting one of the stops.  I will be at Club RT and  the FAN-tastic Day Party.  I will be posting updated information (dates and times) next week during the convention.  If you’re attending one of the events, I would love to meet my readers!

I get to combine two great passions of mine on this trip: writing/publishing and landscape photography.  There is always something you missed on a first trip so I intend to take lots of photos my second time visiting New Orleans.

And of Course!

As always, thank you to the readers for reaching out!  The Real Mrs. Blake giveaway was a blast and I enjoyed talking to everyone!  I mailed winner packages as far as the U.K. and France.  Woo hoo! Seth is certainly making his way around the world.  If someone in France asks my winner who is Seth Blake while she’s sporting her t-shirt, I will be a happy camper!
